MECCA Cairns - Operations Specialist

Are you ready to take your operations career to the next level and join Australia’s leading beauty retailer? If so, submit your expression of interest here! We are looking for a Operations Specialis t to help lead our MECCA Cairns store in QLD on a part-time basis at 35 hours per week.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Assist and support the store to deliver exceptional customer service by making sure stock is well replenished and presented at the highest standard
• Support management team in the delivery of MECCA’s customer service initiatives and setting areas of focus
• Complete daily stock maintenance and all cyclical stock management processes
• Contribute to the overall store performance by identifying and driving operational activities

What success looks like in this role:

• Maintain effective store operation practices that support the delivery of exceptional customer service experiences
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of brand and product offering
• Uphold and encourage a good health and safety culture
