About This Role
Real Estate Developer \| Saudi Arabia (Makkah)
We are a real estate development company based in Saudi Arabia, looking for a hands-on architect to personally design and lead small to mid-scale residential projects.
This is a design-focused role, not a managerial position.
You will personally produce architectural design and own the architectural decisions, while external licensed consultants handle permitting and IFC documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design architectural concepts, massing, unit layouts, and building facades
- Develop projects up to Design Development level
- Define and maintain the architectural design direction
- Review and guide external consultants
- Ensure designs are efficient, buildable, and market-oriented
Requirements
- 7–18 years of professional architectural experience
- Hands-on architectural design experience is essential
- Strong residential / housing background
- Involvement in built or under-construction projects
- Good working knowledge of Revit
- Portfolio clearly showing personal design contribution
