Job Description
- We are hiring experienced meat preparation staff for a Korean BBQ restaurant in Dubai.
- The role mainly focuses on:
- Cutting and slicing different kinds of meat
- Meat marination and preparation
- Portion control and storage management
- Preparing meats according to restaurant standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety in the preparation area
- Supporting kitchen operations when required
Requirements
- Experience in BBQ restaurant, Korean BBQ, Japanese BBQ, hotpot, or butcher shop is preferred
- Skilled in meat cutting and knife handling
- Able to identify different meat cuts and maintain product quality
- Fast, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Team player with good hygiene standards
