About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MDM Architect / Team Lead to lead the end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise Master Data Management implementation using Semarchy xDM / Semarchy Data Platform.

The role involves designing scalable, multi-domain MDM solutions aligned with federated governance models, with a strong focus on Customer and Supplier Master Data.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design for Customer and Supplier MDM domains
• Define transition strategy from Phase 1 (Centralized MDM) to Phase 2 (Integration Layer)
• Design Denied Party Screening (DPS) integration architecture
• Define SaaS deployment topology on Microsoft Azure / Amazon Web Services
• Create canonical data models supporting:
• Multi-tier customer hierarchies
• Supplier golden records
• Design multi-role entity reconciliation (same organization as customer and supplier)
• Architect Search Before Create (SBC) integration with CRM and ERP systems
• Define survivorship rules and source system trust ranking
• Ensure scalability for 200,000+ golden records
• Lead team members and guide implementation best practices
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders

Requirements

• Expert-level experience in Semarchy xDM / Semarchy Data Platform (Mandatory)
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise MDM architecture
• Experience in multi-domain MDM implementations
• Strong expertise in:
• Data modeling for complex hierarchies
• Match & merge algorithm design
• API design and integration patterns
• Hands-on experience with Azure / AWS SaaS deployments
• Experience leading teams or working in a Team Lead / Architect role

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Ports, Logistics, or Maritime industry
• Exposure to federated data governance models
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
