We are looking for a **Senior Software Developer** who can take ownership of complex technical projects and help shape the architecture of our applications.
This is more than just coding—you will play a key role in technical decision-making, system design, and mentoring developers.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to turn business requirements into efficient, scalable software solutions.

Team Collaboration
Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Mentorship
Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Problem Solving
Identify technical challenges early and provide effective solutions to ensure project success.
Experience
5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in backend or full-stack roles.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of Java, Python, or Node.js, along with experience in RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Database Knowledge
Hands-on experience with relational or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Cloud & Tools
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Git, and modern development workflows.
Mindset
You are solution-oriented, detail-focused, and able to balance quality with delivery timelines.
Pay: QAR25,000.00 - QAR30,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Doha (Doha)
