Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead manufacturing process improvements, drive operational excellence, and support the deployment of the MasterBrand Business System (MBS).
This role will have a significant impact on safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance while helping develop a culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Do
- Lead end to end process improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives that improve operational performance aligned to business objectives.
- Facilitate problem-solving activities using Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and MBS tools.
- Optimize manufacturing processes, layouts, labor utilization, and material flow.
- Support Value Stream Mapping, Daily Management, Standard Work, TPM, and Continuous Improvement activities.
- Lead change management and cross-functional projects focused on productivity, quality, capacity, and cost reduction.
- Analyze manufacturing and operational KPIs to identify opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
- Support capital projects, automation initiatives, and process validation activities.
- Coach leaders and associates on operational excellence and continuous improvement practices.
- What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related field).
- 7+ years of manufacturing, process engineering, or operational excellence experience.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver measurable business results.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification.
- Experience with Value Stream Mapping, TPM, Daily Management, and Standard Work.
- Project Management certification.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
