Maximo Operator

About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maximo Operator with over 2 years of hands-on experience in IBM Maximo to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Maximo asset management systems, with Ashghal (Public Works Authority) experience highly preferred. This role involves supporting maintenance operations, managing asset data, and ensuring efficient use of the Maximo system in alignment with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the IBM Maximo system for maintenance and asset management activities
• Create, update, and track work orders, service requests, and asset records
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of asset and inventory records
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely execution of work orders
• Monitor system performance and generate reports as required
• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance planning using Maximo
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Ashghal standards (if applicable)
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support when necessary
• Maintain documentation and logs related to maintenance activities

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience working with IBM Maximo
• Prior experience with Ashghal projects or standards is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of asset management and maintenance workflows
• Proficiency in data entry, reporting, and system navigation within Maximo
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month
