Overview
Purpose of the Role
To operate and maintain the IBM Maximo system for Ashghal, ensuring effective management of assets, work orders, maintenance activities, and inventory related to infrastructure and facilities projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage **work orders, asset records, and inventory** within the Maximo system.
- Generate reports and ensure **data accuracy and proper system updates**.
- Provide **user support and troubleshoot system-related issues**.
- Coordinate with project teams to support **maintenance and infrastructure operations**.
- Handle **document control and records management** related to maintenance activities.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in **Engineering, Information Technology, Facilities Management**, or a related field.
Experience
- Experience working with **IBM Maximo** or similar **asset/maintenance management systems**.
- Experience in **Roads and Signages maintenance projects** will be an advantage.
Skills
- Proficiency in **Maximo system operations and reporting**.
- Basic **IT troubleshooting and system support** knowledge.
- Good **data management and documentation skills**.
