MAXIMO/CAFM Admin
About This Role
We are looking for a skilled MAXIMO/CAFM Administrator with hands-on experience in Facilities Management systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, updating, and optimizing our MAXIMO/CAFM platform to support smooth FM operations. The responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Manage, operate, and maintain the MAXIMO/CAFM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
Create, update, and monitor PPM schedules, job plans, work orders, asset lists, and service requests.
Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits and validations of system entries.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly FM reports, such as KPIs, SLA compliance, asset performance, and job completion status.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely updates of work orders and asset histories.
Assist in integration and onboarding of new buildings, assets, and contractors in the CAFM/MAXIMO system.
Develop dashboards and improve workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Liaise with software vendors for system upgrades, configurations, and technical support.
