Role description
The Mathematics Teacher plans and delivers engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the institute’s curriculum and educational standards.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, requiring regular campus presence and participation in the educational community.
Responsibilities
- Prepare lesson plans and teach classes.
- Assess student performance and provide feedback.
- Support learners of diverse abilities in building strong mathematical foundations.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum improvement and maintain accurate student progress records.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Mathematics and Mathematics Education, including clear instruction in core and advanced concepts.
- Skills in lesson planning and curriculum development for structured, age-appropriate, engaging learning.
- Qualified Teacher status, relevant teaching credentials, and classroom instruction experience at school or institute level.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a closely related field.
- Ability to differentiate instruction, manage classrooms positively, and support diverse learning needs.
- Effective communication and collaboration with students, families, and colleagues; commitment to holistic education, student well-being, and professional growth.
- International or multicultural teaching experience in the UAE or GCC region is an advantage.
