Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 2-5+ years of experience in material planning, supply chain operations, product launch support.
• BOM management experience, inventory and demand planning knowledge.
• Ability to identify material shortages and mitigate risks before builds.
• Experience supporting engineering builds and production transitions.
• Ability to lead meetings and drive action items to closure.
• Perform root cause analysis for material shortages and schedule slips.
• Use data to make planning decisions and recommend corrective actions.
• Compensation
• Base Salary Range: $54,757.34 USD to $74,083.46 USD
• Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Preferred Qualifications

• This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Responsibilities

• Drive materials to support the forecast production schedule.
• Manage slot plan to schedule builds and communicated delivery dates.
• Work with Program Management to prioritize builds to support multiple locations.
• Identify critical material gaps in advance and highlighting to Supply Chain to support closing the gaps.
• Generate work orders to have materials kitted for the Production Technicians to build to the slot plan.
• Perform Order Entry and Planning for Vendor Sales.
• Responsible for receiving Vendor Sales POs and entering them into Oracle Cloud.
• Schedule delivery dates for Vendor Sales and coordinate with suppliers to meet their need dates.
