Material Sourcing Coordinator ( Interior Fitout Experience )

With a strong focus on precision, innovation, and client satisfaction, we are looking for a dedicated **Material Sourcing Coordinator** to strengthen our procurement and supply chain team.

· Research, source, obtain new materials, finishes, vendors, suppliers and to create a firm material portfolio.

This will be one of your Key Responsible Area at all point of time.

· As per the requirements (specification sheet, details of materials, etc.) received from the design department, coordinate & prepare material schedules in soft format.

· Manage materials and equipment library with latest products.

· Visit all the local exhibitions, product launches and showrooms of building material suppliers.

· Assist Quantity Surveyors in sourcing specified / alternate suppliers with pricing for project and tenders.

· Assist designers during sample approvals and sign offs with clients.

Assist in arranging all the approved samples in soft format.

· Assist in arranging samples from suppliers in coordination with Procurement department.

· Attend client meetings to understand design and material requirements and create purchase requests if required.

Handle change of Material Requests.

· Establish new relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure adequate resources for all projects and to continually improve pricing and quality of work.

· Negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers.

· Maintain sub-contractor and supplier information in company online management systems, Keep Fit-Out & Equipment Department all the time with high standards.

· Responsible to back up any employees leave in purchase and procurement department.

· Responsible to take up any other assignments given by the line manager timely.

Minimum 3 years experience as material sourcing coordinator in interior fitout company in UAE is a must.
