Role overview

Responsibilities

• Own procurement work-package coordination to achieve material milestones and agreed Quality, Cost, and Delivery commitments.
• Analyze inventory consumption and identify improvement opportunities.
• Set material planning parameters and batch strategies.
• Implement inventory reduction and cash-flow improvement plans.
• Create purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on delivery.
• Coordinate material plans across teams and align them with project requirements.
• Contribute to the Engineering Change Committee and plan material transitions.
• Define material typologies using ABC classification, variability, and related factors to guide planning and replenishment.

Qualifications and skills

• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is listed.
• Knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory optimization, and procurement strategies is listed.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and data analysis tools is listed.
• Experience or understanding of material planning, inventory management, and procurement processes is listed.
• Analytical ability, cross-functional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management are listed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is listed.
