Qualifications
- Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to work any shift, weekends and mandatory overtime as needed.
- Proficient with computers, software, and data processing.
- Demonstrated competency of Attention to Detail, Work Standards, Initiative and Managing Work
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders, bend to 90 degrees repeatedly
- Ability to operate a forklift and comply with all forklift safety regulations
- Preferred:
- GMP and/or consumer goods manufacturing experience a plus
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Previous Material handling experience preferred
- Demonstrated competency in problem solving/decision making, effective communication, results oriented, and job fit
- Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range $23.50 - $23.50 USD
- Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Preferred Qualifications
- GMP and/or consumer goods manufacturing experience a plus
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Previous Material handling experience preferred
