Material Handler III – Andon/iPrep Analyst

Job purpose

Key job elements

• Monitor the Andon/iPrep system and resolve requests; monitor MMLs in iPrep and work to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Assembly to meet production goals and verify material deliveries physically and systematically.
• Replace defective material, resolve missing-material notifications, and communicate discrepancies to the Inbound Analyst.
• Perform daily 5S duties, respond to lineside issues, and deliver kitted material lineside.
• Assist in other areas and duties as assigned by supervision.

Shift

• The role is on second shift.

Education and qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated understanding of inbound receiving, analytical and problem-solving ability, communication skills, and collaborative working relationships.
• Requires attention to detail, accuracy, time and task management, and comfort in a fast-paced, high-pressure hands-on environment.
• LN and iPrep experience are significant pluses, not stated as mandatory.

Working conditions

• Work takes place in a warehouse shop-floor environment, with approximately 100% of work time on the shop floor.
• The environment is climate controlled, with minimal outdoor exposure and concrete flooring.
• Frequent physical movement of material is required; team lifting up to 35 pounds and pushing or pulling up to 55 pounds are required.
