  • Primary function is to service the kitchens and production lines.
  • Operates a lift truck in a safe and timely manner to assure proper unloading and storage of received materials and ingredients.
  • Use computer terminal to look up inventory information.
  • Assist with the proper unloading and storage of received material and ingredients when called upon.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dry storage, cooler and dock areas.
  • Issuing materials and returns via computer.
  • Ensure all safety procedures are followed for forklift operations, product and ingredient storage (including load capacity), and other work practices to avoid and eliminate workplace hazards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • One to three months of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Good organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Able to be flexible with the variety of work responsibilities available.
  • Extensive walking and standing
  • Repetitive motion (hands/wrists)
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Bending, twisting, and stooping
  • Differently climates – such as dry storage, cooler, freezer
