Saudi Services for Electro Mechanic Works Co. is seeking a Material Coordinator Engineer to join its team.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate material requests, deliveries, and transfers between departments and project sites.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of materials received, issued, and returned.
- Review project drawings, technical specifications, and work schedules for assigned overhead transmission line sections.
- Inspect incoming materials to verify quality, quantity, and compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with the design team, suppliers, and manufacturers regarding material requirements and follow-ups.
- Track shipments and ensure the timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Follow up on suppliers' payments and letters of credit.
- Prepare material status and inventory reports for management.
- Support stock counts, inventory audits, and proper material storage and labeling.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and documentation standards.
Requirements
- Minimum eight years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in EHV overhead transmission line EPC/turnkey projects of 380 kV and above.
- Strong knowledge of material coordination, procurement follow-up, inventory management, and site logistics.
- Good coordination, reporting, and communication skills.
