Requirements
- · Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Commerce/Economics Education, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- · Minimum 3–5 years of experience in grassroots project implementation or team supervision.
- · Open to travel and relocate at the project location
- · Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- · Familiarity with community mobilization and training processes.
- · Fluency in the local language and basic proficiency in English and MS Office.
- Preferred Attributes:
- · Experience in financial literacy or educational programs.
- · Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- · Flexible, adaptive, and culturally sensitive.
