Role Description
The Master Plumber at Seder Group (SG) is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, responsible for overseeing, installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial, residential, and industrial facilities.
The role includes reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and technical specifications, determining material requirements, and ensuring that all plumbing work complies with local codes, safety standards, and company policies.
The Master Plumber will supervise and mentor plumbing technicians, allocate daily tasks, inspect completed work, and provide technical guidance on complex installations and repairs.
Daily responsibilities also include diagnosing system issues, performing preventive maintenance, coordinating with other trades and project managers, and preparing basic reports or documentation of work performed.
The role involves interacting with clients and site representatives in a professional manner, supporting high-quality service delivery, and responding to urgent maintenance requests as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong technical expertise in plumbing systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and code-compliant practices (Plumbing).
- Hands-on experience with pipe fitting, routing, cutting, and joining for various materials and system types (Pipe).
- Proven ability in routine and preventive maintenance, as well as accurate diagnosis and repair of plumbing-related issues (Maintenance & Repair, Maintenance).
- Effective customer service skills, including clear communication, professionalism on-site, and ability to manage client expectations (Customer Service).
- Recognized Master Plumber certification or license, with relevant vocational or technical training in plumbing or a related field.
- Experience supervising plumbing teams, coordinating with other trades, and working on large-scale facility or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, permit requirements, and plumbing codes applicable in Saudi Arabia.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, adapt to changing priorities, and respond to emergency calls or after-hours maintenance when required.
