**ATLANTA TRAINING CENTER** is seeking an exceptional, highly experienced **Master Pastry Chef Instructor** to lead our prestigious **Professional Program in Pastry Arts (برنامج احترافي في فنون الحلويات)**.
In this role, you will guide passionate beginners, aspiring entrepreneurs, and future pastry chefs through a rigorous, on curriculum. You will be responsible for transforming students with zero prior experience into skilled professionals ready to launch thriving careers in Dubai’s 5-star hotels and fine dining industry.if you possess world-class technical expertise, a deep understanding of international pastry techniques, and the ability to inspire, we want you to lead our state-of-the-art kitchen.
Key Responsibilities ;
· Deliver engaging and hands-on pastry training sessions aligned with KHDA standards
· Teach a wide range of pastry techniques including doughs, cakes, creams, chocolate work, and plated desserts
· Conduct demonstrations, supervise practical sessions, and facilitate theoretical discussions
· Evaluate student performance through practical assessments and feedback
· Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism in the training kitchen
· Collaborate with the academic team to ensure curriculum quality and continuous improvement
Candidate Requirements ;
· 7–10+ years of professional experience in 4- or 5-star hotel pastry kitchens
· Proven experience in culinary instruction or professional training
· Expertise in classic and modern pastry techniques
· Strong communication and leadership skills
· Familiarity with HACCP and professional kitchen standards
· KHDA trainer approval (preferred or willing to obtain)
