We are seeking a Master Hairdresser at the luxury level for Elaris Beauty Salon.

Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Dubai salons
- Background in luxury salons / recognized high-end brands
- Active personal client base in Dubai
- Ability to generate 2-3x monthly salary from own clientele
- Professional and active Instagram (real portfolio)
- Experience in High-End / VIP Client environments
Required Expertise
- Hair Color Mastery (Blonde / Balayage / Ombre / Highlights)
• Hair Cutting (Advanced / Precision Cutting)
- Hair Styling (Editorial / Bridal / VIP Styling)
- Hair Treatments (Keratin / Botox / Protein / Repair)
- Hair Extensions (Tape / Nano / Keratin / Hollywood)
- Scalp & Hair Analysis (Professional level)
Priority Advantages
- International educator or Trainer
- Experience with brands: Kerastase / L'Oreal / Olaplex / Schwarzkopf
- Worked with VIP / Influencers / Royal Clients
