Role Description
The Master Diagnostic Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah, responsible for advanced diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of European, British luxury, and exotic vehicles.
Day-to-day tasks include performing comprehensive diagnostic assessments, identifying root causes of complex electrical and mechanical issues, overhauling of modern Engines & Transmissions, and executing precise repairs in line with manufacturer specifications.
The role involves overseeing routine service and retrofits, verifying repair quality, and documenting all work using diagnostic reports and service records.
The technician will collaborate with service advisors, explain technical findings in clear terms, and support customers with honest recommendations and post-service guidance.
The position requires adherence to safety procedures, continuous learning on new technologies, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Strong diagnostic expertise, including the ability to accurately diagnose complex automotive faults using advanced tools and software.
- Proficiency in vehicle maintenance and repair practices for European, British luxury, and exotic vehicles, including retrofits, upgrades, and routine service.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to explain technical issues clearly, provide transparent guidance, and build long-term customer trust.
- Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in automotive technology; experience with high-end and performance vehicles is highly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, service manuals, and OEM technical documentation; strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Commitment to safety standards, workshop discipline, and maintaining tools and equipment in proper working order.
- Problem-solving mindset, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and willingness to stay current with emerging automotive technologies.
