About This Role
Master Data Management
- Create, maintain, and update master data in the ERP system, including product, supplier, and customer data.
- Regularly validate and clean up master data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and update data requirements.
- Generate reports and dashboards to monitor master data health and integrity.
- Support the rollout of new master data management processes and tools.
- Conduct periodic audits to identify and resolve discrepancies in master data.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in master data management and/or IT coordination.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and data governance principles.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, hardware, and basic troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Excel and data management tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in ERP system implementation or migration.
- Knowledge of SQL or other database management systems.
- Previous work experience in KSA or GCC countries.
