Master Data Analyst - 18 mths FTC

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Review, convert and maintain material master data across assigned data domains.
• Create and update data according to governance standards and field definitions; assess structures for local business needs and escalate gaps.
• Cleanse, validate and reconcile data for go-live, following Clean Core principles, standard processes and templates.
• Identify data issues, support justified change requests and ensure compliance with legal and Health & Safety requirements.
• Support high-volume, time-critical preparation aligned with milestones while maintaining data accuracy and consistency.
• Assist with cut-over preparation and execution to ensure data is ready for system activation.

Requirements

• Early-career experience in food science, pharmaceuticals, chemistry technical operations, administration or supply chain, or a bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, a structured approach and ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining data quality.
• Comfort with ERP systems, spreadsheets and documentation.

Preferred qualifications

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or ERP implementation projects is preferred.
• Experience in chemical distribution, manufacturing or other regulated environments is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills are preferred.
