- The Master Cutter is responsible for creating and developing patterns, cutting fabrics, and overseeing garment construction for haute couture wedding gowns and party dresses.
- The role requires close collaboration with designers, tailors, and production staff to ensure exceptional quality, precise fitting, and timely completion of garments.
- The Master Cutter will also supervise tailoring staff and provide technical guidance throughout the production process.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Master Cutter, preferably in haute couture, bridal wear, or evening wear.
- Strong expertise in pattern making, draping, grading, and garment construction.
- Extensive experience with wedding gowns, evening dresses, and luxury fabrics.
- Proven experience supervising tailoring teams.
- Ability to interpret fashion sketches and convert them into production-ready patterns.
- Strong fitting and alteration skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
