Massage Therapist Job Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage treatments according to guest needs and spa standards.
- Must have experience in one or more of the following massage techniques:
- Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Relaxation Massage, Head Massage, Lymphatic Massage, Bamboo Massage, Sport Massage and similar treatments.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable treatments and ensuring guest comfort.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment.
- Follow spa SOPs, hygiene standards, and company procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive and professional environment.
Education
- and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Massage Therapist / Spa Therapist in a spa, resort, hotel spa, or wellness center.
- Experience in luxury spa or hotel spa is preferred.
- Must have experience in different massage techniques.
- Additional experience in Pedicure, Manicure, or Moroccan Bath is highly preferred.
- Basic English communication skills are required.
- Professional, hygienic, and guest-focused attitude.
