About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a skilled and professional Massage Therapist to provide therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments to clients while maintaining high standards of hygiene, customer service, and patient care.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, knowledge of different massage techniques, and the ability to create a comfortable and relaxing environment for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage and body therapy treatments to clients.
- Assess clients’ needs and recommend suitable therapies and treatments.
- Perform various massage techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, and Sports Massage.
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and spa facilities in a clean and hygienic condition.
- Ensure client comfort, privacy, and safety during treatments.
- Keep accurate client treatment records and medical history where required.
- Educate clients on wellness, relaxation techniques, and aftercare recommendations.
- Follow health, safety, and infection control policies and procedures.
- Promote spa services, packages, and retail products when appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with spa, wellness, or healthcare teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy or related field.
- DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter preferred (for UAE positions).
- Proven experience as a Massage Therapist, Spa Therapist, or Wellness Therapist.
- Knowledge of different massage therapies and body treatments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
Preferred Skills
- Strong customer service skills.
- Knowledge of wellness and holistic therapies.
- Ability to handle clients professionally and maintain confidentiality.
- Multilingual communication skills are an advantage.
