Job Responsibilities
- As a Full-Time Massage Therapist at Calm and Co, you will:
- Provide professional massage therapy services, specializing in Thai Massage, Relaxing Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and other therapeutic treatments.
- Deliver customized treatments based on client needs, ensuring a high standard of comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
- Build and maintain rapport with clients to create a personalized and memorable wellness experience.
- Promote wellness packages and products that complement our holistic offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and continue to improve skills and techniques.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization within treatment areas.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a friendly demeanor at all times.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Massage Therapist with expertise in Brazilian Massage, Relaxing Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and other therapeutic techniques.
- Certification in Massage Therapy or equivalent training from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and their benefits.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluent in English
- Professional, well-groomed, and punctual.
- Flexible and available to work full-time and during peak hours.
- Previous experience in a wellness center or spa environment is preferred.
