Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ground surfaces for interlock paving works.
• Lay and align interlock blocks according to approved layouts and designs.
• Compact and level paving surfaces using appropriate equipment.
• Repair and replace damaged interlock blocks when required.

Tile Installation

• Measure, cut, and install ceramic, porcelain, and other floor and wall tiles.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives.
• Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and finishing of tile installations.
• Apply grout and sealants as required.

Marble & Stone Works

• Install marble, granite, and natural stone flooring, walls, staircases, and countertops.
• Cut and shape marble and stone materials to specifications.
• Polish and finish marble surfaces to achieve required quality standards.
• Repair damaged marble and stone finishes.

Quality & Safety

• Ensure all installations meet project specifications and quality requirements.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Material Handling

• Estimate and prepare required materials for assigned tasks.
• Handle and transport tiles, marble, granite, and interlock materials safely.
• Minimize material wastage during installation.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in interlock, tile, and marble installation.
• Ability to read basic construction drawings and layouts.
• Knowledge of installation methods, adhesives, grout, and finishing techniques.
• Skilled in using tile cutters, grinders, polishing machines, and hand tools.
• Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors.
