Marketplace Compliance Officer

Handle and resolve inquiries, issues, and concerns raised by platform members in a timely and professional manner.

Act as a communication bridge and provide task related support to internal teams.

Review brand onboarding applications from different markets to ensure compliance with platform policies and sales standards.

Conduct regular platform audits to identify products that do not meet design hall or marketplace standards, including reviewing user submitted reports.

Assist designers during the onboarding process, including support with account setup and contract signing procedures.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, onboarding activities, and platform reviews.

Coordinate with internal departments to improve platform operations and user experience.

Support compliance, quality control, and smooth communication across platform activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, E commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

2 to 3 years of experience in customer service, support, or community management, preferably within e commerce or marketplace platforms.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve issues efficiently.

Detail oriented approach with focus on compliance and quality standards.

Proactive and collaborative team player with good organizational skills.
