Marketplace Compliance Officer

About This Role

Job Introduction

Handle and resolve inquiries, issues, and concerns raised by platform members promptly and professionally.

Act as a communication link and provide task-related support to internal teams.

Review brand onboarding applications from various markets to ensure products comply with sales and platform policies.

Conduct regular platform audits to identify products that do not meet design hall standards, including reviewing user-submitted reports.

Assist designers during the onboarding process, including support with account setup and contract signing procedures.

Job Experience

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

2–3 years of experience in customer service, support, or community management, preferably within e-commerce or marketplace platforms.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve issues efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and quality standards.
• Proactive and collaborative team player.
