What you'll be doing

We are looking for a candidate who has studied marketing, media and/or design, has a can-do attitude and looking for omni channel experience in the world of luxury and digital loyalty.

The candidate will gain hands on experience in campaign and CRM execution, content creation and upload, social media trends, administrative tasks and digital comms testing.

Social Media, Website and App Content Updates

  • Can work closely with our social media agency on curating and adapting localized content from multiple sources including brands, partners, and creative agencies.
  • Can create graphics variations of content across core programme touchpoints (app, email, social media).
  • Hands-on and on the ground live publishing across Facebook and Instagram, as needed.
  • Content and Community management in Arabic.
  • Updating and publishing of content and copy, in Arabic and English on our CMS.
  • Graphics changes and localization of collateral as required.
  • Creating and delivering strategies to increase local engagements and followers.

Marketing Coordination

  • Organizing and delivery of marketing materials from vendors to stores.
  • In-house transcreation and proof reading of English & Arabic copy as required.
  • Coordination of internal communications including marketing collateral, management presentations, updates and reports.
  • Coordinating requests with our 40+ brands, form visual merchandizing, assets, offers, and approvals.
  • Coordination and follow-up of local marketing activations including – events, gifting, sponsorships, influencers etc.
  • Prepare communication and training materials related to marketing activations to store staff.
  • Creating and deliver strategies to increase local instore engagement.
  • Be present to facilitate and execute local activations, and deliver insights and learning.
  • Gathering relevant information from multiple sources to update trackers, presentations, and reports on behalf of the marketing team.
  • Testing of various marketing comms (push notifications, emails, What’s App messages) to ensure content and linking accuracy.
  • What you’ll need to succeed
  • Holds qualification in Marketing, media or design
  • Entry level experience or interest in Digital Marketing and CRM
  • Social media savvy and PR enthusiast
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Arabic is a must
  • Excellent team player with interpersonal skills
  • Accurate, systematic, creative and methodical
  • Self-motivated, driven and with a desire to achieve results
  • Ability to deliver within tight deadlines
