Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Team Leader role based in Abu Dhabi.
The Marketing Team Leader will oversee the daily activities of the marketing team, ensuring campaigns are planned, executed, and monitored effectively to promote Smile Link Dental Laboratory’s services.
Responsibilities
include developing and implementing marketing strategies, coordinating with sales and operations teams, and managing digital and offline marketing initiatives.
The role will involve analyzing market trends, preparing performance reports, optimizing campaigns, and supporting brand positioning in both local and international markets.
The Marketing Team Leader will also coach team members, allocate tasks, and ensure consistent, high-quality communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications
- Strong Team Leadership and Team Management skills, with experience guiding, motivating, and developing a marketing team.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and stakeholder coordination.
- Proficiency in Marketing and Sales, including campaign planning, lead generation, basic sales support, and brand development.
- Experience in digital and traditional marketing channels (e.g., social media, email campaigns, events, collateral) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in a marketing leadership or supervisory role; experience in healthcare, dental, or medical technology sectors is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working on-site in Abu Dhabi and collaborating with cross-functional teams from diverse backgrounds.
