- يُتوقع من المرشح قيادة الأنشطة التسويقية والإشراف على تنفيذ الخطط والحملات بما يضمن تعزيز صورة الشركة وزيادة الوعي بعلامتها التجارية.
- المهام والمسؤوليات \| Responsibilities:
- الإشراف على فريق التسويق ومتابعة تنفيذ الحملات الإعلانية والتسويقية.
- إعداد الخطط التسويقية الشهرية والسنوية وقياس أدائها.
- إدارة المحتوى التسويقي والإشراف على حسابات الشركة في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
- التنسيق مع وكالات الإعلان والمصممين لضمان جودة المخرجات.
- تحليل السوق والمنافسين واقتراح استراتيجيات تطوير.
- إعداد تقارير دورية عن أداء الحملات التسويقية ونتائجها.
- المتطلبات \| Requirements:
- درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال التسويق.
- مهارة عالية في التخطيط والتنفيذ والمتابعة.
- قدرة على إدارة فريق والتعامل مع ضغوط العمل.
- إجادة استخدام أدوات التسويق الرقمي ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
