• Contributing to the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance the company's products and services.
• Conducting market research and analyzing consumer behavior and industry trends to identify the target audience.
• Collaborating with various teams to create and implement comprehensive marketing plans across multiple digital channels and social media.
• Creating outstanding marketing content for websites, blogs, promotional materials, and press releases.
• Managing and optimizing digital channels including the website and social media for effective marketing and communication.
• Monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics and evaluating campaign effectiveness to provide reports on ROI.
• Planning and coordinating events and exhibitions to enhance brand presence and generate potential leads.
• Collaborating with designers, writers, and external agencies to ensure consistency in branding.
• Keeping up with the latest trends and developments in marketing and applying them to the company's strategies.
• Attending training sessions and obtaining relevant certifications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related commercial field.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in marketing within the IT services sector is an added advantage.
