Aseel Holding is looking for a
creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist
to join our team full-time.
The ideal candidate should be familiar with the
real estate industry
and capable of developing and executing
strategic marketing plans
.
You will play a key role in shaping the company’s brand while managing the marketing of individual projects, each with its own identity and direction.
Role Description
- Develop and implement
- marketing strategies
- for the company and individual projects
- Create
- project-specific marketing plans and branding concepts
- Work closely with the
Graphic Designer and Website Developer
- to ensure aligned execution
- Manage and oversee all marketing activities across digital and offline channels
- Coordinate content creation, campaigns, and social media presence
- Ensure consistency in branding across all platforms and materials
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Support business development through targeted marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience, preferably in
- real estate or property development
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, branding, and campaign execution
- Experience working with designers and developers
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong communication and coordination skills
