Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across digital platforms and on-ground activations.
The role combines social media management with event marketing, requiring a candidate who can contribute to both content-driven campaigns and the execution of impactful brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives
- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms
- Plan, create, and publish content in coordination with internal teams
- Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns
- Monitor performance and provide insights and recommendations
- Plan and execute events, activations, and exhibitions
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners
- Support campaign and product launches across digital and on-ground channels
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all touchpoints
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, social media, or event marketing
- Strong content creation and campaign execution skills
- Experience in managing social media platforms and paid campaigns
- Exposure to event planning or activations is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good understanding of performance tracking and reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
