The Position

We are seeking a Marketing Analyst who combines analytical rigor with hands-on execution capabilities. This role requires expertise in e-commerce platform management, paid advertising campaign optimization, and data-driven decision making.

This position is ideal for professionals with startup experience who excel in dynamic, resource-conscious environments.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Platform Management

• Manage product catalogs, user experience flows, and conversion optimization initiatives
• Implement A/B testing frameworks to improve conversion rates
• Integrate shipping solutions, and fulfillment systems for Saudi and GCC markets

Performance Marketing & Paid Advertising

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and Twitter/X
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently, optimizing for ROAS, CAC, and LTV metrics
• Conduct audience segmentation, keyword research, and competitive analysis
• Scale campaigns based on performance data and business objectives

Analytics & Reporting

• Develop dashboards using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms
• Track and report on key performance indicators including CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value
• Conduct cohort analysis and customer journey mapping
• Provide actionable insights through weekly and monthly performance reports

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with design and product teams to create effective marketing campaigns
• Develop compelling ad copy in both Arabic and English for Saudi and GCC audiences
• Align marketing initiatives with product launches and business objectives
• Identify and test new growth channels and optimization opportunities

Required Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on marketing experience in e-commerce, D2C, or SaaS environments
• Prior startup experience strongly preferred  (companies with fewer than 50 employees)
• Demonstrated expertise managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or equivalent)
• Proven track record managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms
• Proficiency with analytics tools including Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager
• Professional fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Working knowledge of design tools (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite)
• Data-driven approach to decision making and problem solving
• Valid authorization to work in Saudi Arabia (Saudi national or valid Iqama holder)
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare, medical technology, or B2C healthcare products
• SEO and content marketing capabilities
• Email marketing automation experience (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign)
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills or SQL knowledge
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, GoHighlevel)
• Understanding of Saudi and GCC digital marketing trends and consumer behavior

Compensation Structure

Important: Please review compensation terms carefully before applying

• Probation Period (3 months): 2,000 SAR per month
• Post-Probation: 7,500 SAR per month  (contingent on satisfactory performance)
• Performance-based bonuses tied to revenue growth and campaign ROI
• Potential equity/stock options for high performers after 12-24 months
