- We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- In this role, you'll develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
- You'll work collaboratively across departments to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals while maintaining a keen focus on data-driven decision-making and innovative campaign development.

- Develop, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional platforms
- Create and maintain strategic marketing plans aligned with organizational objectives and target audience insights
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategy
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee content calendars and marketing initiatives across all platforms
- Manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and analyze return on investment (ROI) for campaigns
- Identify, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and marketing impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product teams, to ensure cohesive brand messaging
- Develop compelling copy and creative briefs for various marketing materials and campaigns
- Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and performance tracking
- Support event planning and promotion, including pre-event marketing, live engagement, and post-event analysis
- Analyze marketing data and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Stay current with marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related roles
- Proven expertise in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
- Strong organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis
- Experience with content calendar planning and management
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of brand management and brand positioning strategies
- Experience supporting or promoting online events and webinars
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Experience with marketing automation tools
- Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and regional consumer behavior
- Certification in digital marketing or related field
- Self-motivated, proactive approach with strong initiative and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated innovation and creative thinking in marketing solutions
