Responsibilities
- Execute marketing campaigns in line with agreed objectives and corporate identity
- Follow up on implementation of monthly marketing plan and ensure adherence to timelines
- Support organization of promotional campaigns for major events and exhibitions
- Manage, update, and monitor content across digital platforms
- Track performance of advertising campaigns and provide monthly analytical reports
- Coordinate field based promotional activities and partner related activities
- Coordinate with Business Development to align marketing messaging with commercial proposals
- Monitor competitors and market trends to provide improvement suggestions
- Ensure availability of required marketing materials for events and activities
- Contribute to preparation of presentations and visual assets for commercial promotion
- Maintain marketing materials database and ensure it is continuously updated
- Support event documentation by coordinating with photographers and content producers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Public Relations, or related field
- 2 to 4 years of marketing experience within events, agency, or services sector
- Good knowledge of digital and traditional marketing principles
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite)
- Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
- Ability to write engaging marketing content
- Strong visual sense and ability to coordinate with design teams

Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute marketing campaigns in line with agreed objectives and OMQ's corporate identity.
- Follow up on the implementation of the monthly marketing plan and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Support the organization of promotional campaigns for major events and exhibitions, in coordination with internal and external teams.
- Manage, update, and monitor content across digital platforms.
- Track the performance of advertising campaigns across various media and provide monthly analytical reports.
- Coordinate field based promotional activities and those related to partners.
