Role Description
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist who is fluent in English and skilled in digital marketing, graphic design, content creation, and social media management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, enhancing brand presence, and managing events and online platforms effectively.
Qualifications
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage and grow social media platforms (content planning, posting, engagement, and analytics).
- Create compelling written content in both Arabic and English (captions, blogs, ads).
- Design marketing materials (social media posts, ads, brochures, presentations).
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid ads).
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and reports.
- Organize and manage marketing events, exhibitions, and activations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors when needed.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager or the administration within the scope of the role.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in marketing, graphic design, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, graphic design or a related role.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
- Strong skills in graphic design.
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and digital content creation.
- Excellent content writing skills.
- Experience in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong organizational and event management abilities.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, graphic design, and content work.
