Marketing Specialist (Marketing Campaigns)
About This Role
We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Marketing Specialist to support business growth across the UAE by developing and executing effective marketing strategies and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, creativity, and hands-on experience in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns to promote company products and services
- Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed marketing reports
- Coordinate closely with sales and management teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
- Create engaging marketing content for both online and offline platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing (UAE market experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- 3-5 Years experience in the UAE Market
