Role Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist
to join our growing team and play a key role in strengthening our brand presence and market positioning within the renewable energy sector.
This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with analytical thinking and is passionate about building impactful marketing campaigns that drive real business results.
Campaign Execution
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and events
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign analysis reports
Digital Marketing & Content
- Manage and update website content in alignment with brand strategy
- Create engaging content including blogs, case studies, and social media posts focused on clean energy solutions
Market Research & Insights
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer behavior
- Analyze data to identify target audiences and optimize marketing strategies
- Support product positioning and go-to-market initiatives
Lead Generation & CRM
- Assist in lead generation campaigns and nurturing activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective lead handover
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
Branding & Communication
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Support the development of marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and promotional assets
- Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and industry conferences
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role (preferably in energy, oil & gas, or manufacturing sectors)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media platforms
- Excellent communication and content creation skills
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across teams
