Job Summary
The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in driving content creation, social media management, and tournament coverage.
This position is instrumental in crafting compelling narratives, engaging audiences across digital platforms, and ensuring real-time event visibility.
The role also contributes to campaign ideation, supports creative production, and monitors performance metrics to continuously optimize content strategy.
1. Content Writing
Create engaging and on-brand content for social media, blogs, and newsletters tailored to various audience segments.
2. Social Media Management
Manage content scheduling, daily posting, community engagement, and platform updates across all social media channels.
3. Tournament Coverage
Deliver live updates, match highlights, and post-event recaps to enhance real-time engagement during tournaments and events.
1. Campaign Ideation
Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, activations, and promotional content aligned with brand objectives.
2. Collaboration on Visual Content
Work closely with the Graphic Designer to align written content with visual assets and campaign themes.
3. Analytics & Performance Tracking
Track content performance across digital channels and report key insights to support content optimization and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or digital communications.
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone, accuracy, and clarity.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) and scheduling tools.
- Experience in live event coverage or working within fast-paced, real-time marketing environments is a plus.
- Basic understanding of content performance metrics and digital analytics.
- Creative thinker, team player, and detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of mobile app marketing is a strong plus.
