Role Description
The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah.
This position is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams to align strategy and creative assets, and tracking performance across digital and offline channels.
Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, supporting sales and promotional activities, managing content for various platforms, and maintaining strong communication with clients and partners.
The Marketing Specialist will also assist in developing marketing strategies, optimizing customer touchpoints, and ensuring high-quality customer service throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Experience in Market Research to analyze trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
- Sales and Marketing Strategy capabilities to support campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics.
- Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior agency or brand-side marketing experience is an advantage.
