Role Overview
SANAD is looking for a skilled and driven
Marketing Specialist
to support the growth of our brand, products, and market presence.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build awareness, generate leads, create strong content, and execute marketing campaigns that connect with the hospitality and real estate sectors.
The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in shaping how SANAD is presented to the market and how we communicate our value to hotel owners, developers, investors, and strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen SANAD’s brand positioning in the hospitality real estate sector
- Create and manage high-quality marketing content across LinkedIn, website pages, presentations, brochures, email campaigns, and other digital channels
- Plan and manage campaigns designed to generate qualified leads and support business development efforts
- Manage SANAD’s social media presence, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and professional audience engagement
- Support the creation of marketing materials for products, tools, proposals, and client presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams to translate technical or analytical solutions into clear, market-facing messaging
- Conduct market research on competitors, industry trends, hospitality demand drivers, and customer needs
- Assist in developing case studies, client success stories, product messaging, and launch materials
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, lead generation, and conversion performance
- Maintain consistency across the company’s branding, messaging, and visual communication
- Support event marketing, networking initiatives, and partnership visibility when required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, hospitality, technology, SaaS, or professional services
- Strong writing and content development skills in English
- Good understanding of digital marketing, branding, lead generation, and campaign management
- Experience managing business-facing social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
- Ability to create clear and professional presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Professional communication skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Based in Jeddah
- Experience in hospitality, hotel development, real estate advisory, or real estate technology
- Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
- Familiarity with design and marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
- Experience supporting B2B marketing and lead generation strategies
- Understanding of the Saudi market, especially Jeddah and broader hospitality development trends
