Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist role based in Jeddah.
The Marketing Specialist will plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s residential projects across digital and offline channels.
Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing customer insights, and supporting the development of marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
The role involves coordinating with sales and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging, preparing marketing materials, and managing social media and promotional activities.
The Marketing Specialist will track campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to maximize brand awareness and lead generation.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- Proficiency in Market Research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Experience in Marketing Strategy and Sales to support campaign planning, lead generation, and conversion.
- Ability to use basic marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, CRM, email marketing) and interpret performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency and real estate
