The Marketing Specialist - Facebook Ads owns and optimizes Facebook and Instagram advertising to drive profitable sales for dress collections.
The role manages campaigns from creative testing through scaling and tracks performance to improve results.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Develop and test creatives, copy, audiences, and offers; scale winning campaigns while managing CPA and ROAS.
- Manage campaign budgets, allocate spend, monitor daily performance, and make data-driven optimizations.
- Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with design and content teams on creatives, write ad copy, and identify effective angles, hooks, and offers.
- Track ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and other metrics; report performance insights to leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and profitability and contribute data-backed recommendations.
- Coordinate with design, product, and operations teams around launches and promotions; support email, SMS, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience generating sales through Facebook or Meta Ads and a strong record of profitable campaigns with clear ROAS results.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Able to write high-converting ad copy and brief creative teams.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data.
- Understanding of e-commerce funnels and customer acquisition.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Fashion, apparel, or beauty e-commerce experience is a strong plus.
