1️. Digital Marketing

• Manage and optimize all digital and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube).
• Create, schedule, publish, and report on content for paid and organic campaigns.
• Support Meta, Google, and LinkedIn paid campaigns using AI powered tools to enhance performance.

2️. Social Media Management

• Handle community engagement and enquiries across all platforms.
• Ensure timely responses, CRM updates, and consistent follow ups.
• Plan and schedule content aligned with commercial goals and project launches.

3️. Content Creation

• Produce high quality videos, short form content, blogs, newsletters, brochures, presentations, and website copy.
• Coordinate photography, videography, and creative production.
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials.

4️. Website & SEO

• Update website content, landing pages, and customer app information.
• Support SEO efforts by optimizing content and monitoring analytics.

5️. Branding & Design

• Create marketing collaterals (flyers, banners, brochures, email templates).
• Assist with show apartment/suite setup for marketing purposes.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

6️. Events & Partnerships

• Support events, exhibitions, webinars, property launches, and networking activities.
• Coordinate with partners, sponsors, and vendors.
• Assist with community engagement and partnership marketing.

7️. Lead Generation & CRM

• Support lead generation and marketing automation activities.
• Work closely with sales to improve lead quality and conversions.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads and track interactions.

8️. Market Research

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
• Provide insights to support strategic decision making and business development.
• 📌 Requirements

1. Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

2. Skills

• Strong understanding of digital marketing & social media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
• Basic video editing (CapCut preferred).
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, email marketing tools.
• Basic SEO & website management knowledge.
• Strong project management & organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

3. Experience

• 2–4 years in a marketing role.
• Experience in real estate, PropTech, tech, or startups is an advantage.
• Experience with AI powered marketing tools.
• Experience creating video and short form content.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
