Overview
- Axiom is looking for a freelance paid media specialist to run and scale Meta and Google ad campaigns across two areas:
- Real estate brokerages in Dubai (lead generation for listings and buyer/seller pipelines)
- Health and wellness clinics in Dubai (patient acquisition and booking-driven campaigns)
- We build AI, pointed at revenue.
- We want someone who treats ad spend the same way: every dirham has to earn its place.
What You'Ll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google campaigns end to end
- Own the funnel: targeting, budget pacing, A/B testing, and conversion tracking
- Guide creative and content strategy. Tell our team what to shoot and produce (stills, reels, ad cuts) so the creative actually converts
- Build and refine landing pages and lead flows where needed
- Report every week on the numbers that matter: CPL, CAC, ROAS, and lead and booking volume
- What we're looking for
- A track record running profitable Meta and Google campaigns (bring the numbers)
- Experience in real estate, healthcare or wellness, or similar high-intent local lead-gen
- Strong creative instincts: you know which hook and format wins, and you can brief a creative team to make it
- Comfortable working on your own and reporting on what matters
- Based in Dubai is a strong plus, for the local knowledge and the time zone
